Cancellation refund policy

Cancellations of hotels or Symposium must be made in writing and sent to sanord@kongreskompagniet.dk
In the event of cancellation no later than 15 April 2012 the full amount less a cancellation fee of DKK 500 (USD 85) will be refunded. In case of cancellation after 15 April 2012 but before 1 June 2012, 50% will be refunded. In case of cancellations after 1 June 2012, no refund will be possible. Refund claims must include name of the bank, bank address, IBAN, S.w.i.f.t./ BIC code, account number and name of the account owner for money transfers. All refunds will only be processed after the completion of the Symposium.

Booking of accommodation

You will receive the link to the accommodation form once your on-line registration for Sanord Symposium in Aarhus has been accepted. The link will be included in the registration confirmation email and it will be possible to book a hotel through the accommodation form.
